Data Deletion
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Sadaka Live Corp is a company based in Makkah, registered in Delaware, USA (EIN 32-0816201). You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how, what we delete and what we are required to keep.
1. How to ask
- Email work@sadaka.live with the subject “Delete my data”. Write from the address you used with us, or tell us the phone number or Instagram handle you used, so we can find your records.
- Or reply in the same channel you used to reach us — email, WhatsApp or Instagram — and write that you want your data deleted.
We do not ask you for any document to delete your data. If we cannot find your records, we will tell you.
2. When
We confirm that we received your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We write to you when it is done.
3. What we delete
- Your dua requests: your name and the text you sent us.
- Your contact details: email address, phone number or Instagram handle.
- Your subscriptions: the weekly letter and any other mailing you joined.
- Messages you exchanged with us on WhatsApp through our business account, as stored on our server.
4. What we keep, and why
- Payment records. If you gave a donation, the record of the payment — amount, date, the email on the receipt and the payment reference — is kept by us and by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. It is not used to contact you.
- A do-not-contact note. We keep only the fact that you asked us not to contact you, so that no letter or message reaches you again.
5. Data held by others
Messages on WhatsApp and Instagram also live in your own account and in Meta’s systems; you can delete them in the app. Payment data held by Stripe is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.
