1. Who we are

Sadaka Live Corp is a nonprofit corporation registered in Delaware, United States (EIN 32-0816201), operating charitable distributions in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This website, sadaka.live, is operated by Sadaka Live Corp ("we", "us").

2. Donations

All payments made through this website are voluntary charitable donations. A donation is a gift: it is not payment for goods or services, and nothing is shipped to you. Donations fund our charitable distributions at Al-Haram in Makkah — hot meals, printed Qur'ans (mushafs) and prayer rugs — as well as reasonable operating costs of the organization.

Sadaka Live Corp does not currently hold 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS. Donations are therefore not tax-deductible at this time. We state this plainly so you can decide with full information.

3. Recurring donations

If you choose a recurring (weekly) donation, your payment method will be charged automatically each week until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the management link in your payment receipt. Cancellation stops all future charges; charges already made are governed by the refund policy below.

4. Refunds and disputes

If you made a donation in error, were charged twice, or did not authorize a charge, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We will refund erroneous or duplicate donations to the original payment method, provided the funds have not yet been disbursed to charitable distributions. Refunds are processed through our payment processor and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — nearly every issue can be resolved directly and faster.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Your payment data is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

6. Website

The content of this website is provided in good faith for information about our work. We may update pages, prices of distribution items and these terms at any time; the current version is always at this address.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
