Dua for family problems
When there is trouble in the family, these are short duas from the Quran. Each one comes with its source.
For parents and children
رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي ۖ إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Rabbi awzi'ni an ashkura ni'matakal-lati an'amta 'alayya wa 'ala walidayya wa an a'mala salihan tardahu wa aslih li fi dhurriyyati, inni tubtu ilayka wa inni minal-muslimin.
My Lord, help me to be grateful for the favour You have blessed me and my parents with, and to do good that pleases You, and make my children good for me. I turn to You in repentance, and I am one of those who submit to You.

No bitterness in the heart
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ
Rabbanaghfir lana wa li-ikhwaninal-ladhina sabaquna bil-iman, wa la taj'al fi qulubina ghillal-lilladhina amanu, Rabbana innaka Ra'ufur-Rahim.
Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who believed before us, and leave no bitterness in our hearts towards those who believe. Our Lord, You are Kind and Merciful.

Forgiving family, as Yusuf did
لَا تَثْرِيبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْيَوْمَ ۖ يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ ۖ وَهُوَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
La tathriba 'alaykumul-yawm, yaghfirullahu lakum, wa huwa arhamur-rahimin.
No blame on you today. May Allah forgive you, and He is the Most Merciful of the merciful.
Yusuf, peace be upon him, said this to the brothers who had wronged him.
